Return & Refund Policies

Returns

Our return policy is extended for 14 days after purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your acquisition, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means that the product must also be in the original packaging. If the plastic cover is missing or damaged, then the product cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns must be authorized before being shipped back to our facilities. The Dice Owl will not pay for returned shipping charges unless the return is due to our mistake.

Please note that, due to distributor restrictions, all Days of Wonder, Mayfair Games, Wizards of the Coast & Avalon Hill products that have minor damage (dent packages, small holes in the plastic, etc.) will not be considered returnable for damage on the box.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Missing Parts And Damaged Items

We try to deliver our products in their best possible condition and packaging. However, if there are missing components found within your game, please contact the game publisher. Manufacturers are responsible for contents within the box and it’s their responsibility to replace the missing or defective piece(s).

Refunds

We will notify our customers once the returned item has arrived. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

In case of being granted with a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Refund Amounts

100% refund excluding the original shipping charges for all unopened merchandise.

No refund for opened items. We might be willing to repurchase the items from the customer as “used” if requested.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Please, make sure to check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at distribution@thediceowl.com
